Open the user panel and choose a monthly plan or data pack. Check the plan name, price, data allowance, and billing terms carefully; don’t choose based on price alone. If you’re new to the service, review the reset and validity rules before creating an order.

Use the payment details shown for your current order—not information from articles, chat logs, or old screenshots. If you’ve paid but the status is still pending, keep your order details and explain the issue through a support ticket in the panel. Share only the information needed to verify the payment. Never post your account password, full subscription details, or payment credentials publicly.
After signing in, get your subscription and find the client download options in the panel. Follow the setup guide to import it. Check that the client has a route selected before visiting your destination site. To verify your exit location, use the IP lookup. This page doesn’t provide direct installer downloads or publish subscription URLs.

If your account has multiple orders, specify which one you mean so the refund request doesn’t get mixed up with connection issues or plan changes.
Check replies and progress in the original ticket. If more information is needed, add it to the same ticket. Submitting a refund request doesn’t mean the refund has been processed; check the ticket response and payment provider records for the latest status.
