Account management

Accounts and subscriptions

Use your account to manage your plan and your subscription to import routes. Make sure you’re in the right place before updating or moving to a new device.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password, and keep both safe—you’ll need them to sign in to the dashboard, view your plan, and access your subscription. Use a unique password and store it in a trusted password manager. Your account is for managing your service; the client app handles the connection. Once your account is ready, open the dashboard to view your plan and client options. Don’t enter your account password in the client app as a subscription link.

Where can I find my subscription link, and how do I update it?

Sign in to the user dashboard and find the subscription section in your account overview. Copy the link into the subscription or configuration import field in your client app. If you already have a configuration, open its management menu and choose the update option, then check that the route list appears as expected. You don’t need to paste the link again just to switch routes. If an update fails, check your plan status and local network, then copy the full link again. Don’t remove anything from the end of the link or share it in public forums.

Do I need a new plan to switch devices or use multiple devices at once?

There’s no device limit, so you don’t need a different plan just because you’ve changed devices. Sign in to the same account on your new device, get the client app for that platform, and import your subscription. Each device has its own client settings; routes and split-tunneling settings from an old device won’t carry over automatically. On each device, check that the subscription is imported, system connection permissions are enabled, and the exit IP is as expected. Keep an eye on your account’s data usage, too.

Which platforms are supported, and do I need to sign in to get the client app?

Supported platforms: Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Client app downloads are available in the user dashboard, and you must sign in to access your subscription. After signing in, you can download the client for Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux. For iOS, an active plan is required to access the relevant download option; the dashboard will show the instructions. Choose the option for your device’s operating system—don’t install files made for another platform. After installation, import your subscription and allow the required system connection permissions. Installing the app alone doesn’t establish a connection.

What should I do if my subscription link is accidentally exposed?

Treat your subscription link as sensitive account information. If it appears in a public screenshot, chat, or shared document, remove the public copy first, then sign in to the dashboard and check the available options in subscription management. If the dashboard offers a reset option, follow its instructions and replace the old link in your client app. If you can’t find one, open a support ticket with the details. Don’t post the original link again on a public page. Changing your account password and replacing your subscription link are separate actions; verify each one independently.

Connection checks

Connections and troubleshooting

Start with your local network, then check your configuration, permissions, and app routing. Change one setting at a time to help pinpoint the cause.

I’ve imported my subscription, but websites still won’t load. What should I check first?

Disconnect in the client app and make sure your local network can reach everyday websites. Then check that the active configuration is the subscription you just imported, a route is selected, the connection is switched on, and the required system permissions are enabled. Don’t run multiple tools that take over network traffic at the same time, as their settings may conflict. Once you’ve checked these, look up your exit IP. If it still shows your original network, check the client and system proxy settings before trying different website addresses.

Why can I browse the web, but a particular app won’t use the proxy?

Browsers and apps may use different network paths. The client’s rule mode may send the app or domain over a direct connection, and the app itself may not follow the system proxy. Check the current routing rules and app exclusion list to see whether the destination is excluded, then fully quit and reopen the app. If the client offers system-wide traffic routing, check the required permissions in the setup guide before trying it. Don’t change advanced settings you’re unfamiliar with. Also distinguish a network issue from a region restriction on the app account.

How do I troubleshoot a failed subscription update or an invalid link error?

First, make sure you can sign in to the dashboard and check your plan status. When copying the subscription link again, make sure it doesn’t include spaces, line breaks, or punctuation added by a messaging app. Paste it into the subscription URL field in your client, not the local file import field. If it still fails, note the error message, check your local network, and confirm you got the client from the dashboard. When submitting a support ticket, include your platform, where you performed the action, and the error message. Hide your subscription link and sensitive account information in screenshots.

The exit location shown after connecting isn’t what I expected. What should I do?

Check which route is actually selected in the client, rather than relying on the subscription configuration’s name. With automatic selection or rule-based routing, the lookup site may take a different path; check the client’s connection logs to see where the request went. Browser cache, existing sessions, and updates to IP geolocation databases can also affect the displayed location. After switching routes, reopen the lookup page and compare the result with the target app’s behavior. A location shown on one lookup page alone doesn’t confirm that every app is using the same exit.

Do I need to reimport my subscription after switching networks or waking my device from sleep?

You usually don’t need to reimport your subscription. After switching local networks or waking from sleep, the old connection may no longer be active. Disconnect and reconnect in the client, and make sure your local network is back online. If the route list is still there, check the connection status, system permissions, and background activity settings first. Android users should also check whether the system restricts background activity for the client. Reimport the subscription only if the configuration is missing or the subscription itself needs updating; this avoids turning a connection issue into unnecessary setup work.

Choosing a route

Speed and routes

Route labels describe the connection path. Your experience also depends on your local network, exit location, and platform rules.

What should I check when connections slow down during peak hours?

Pause any large downloads or sync tasks on your local network, and check whether shared network use is affecting performance. See whether regular websites and the service you’re trying to reach are both slow. Then switch to another route in the client and repeat the same task, comparing how the same app responds rather than relying on route names or a single speed test. If only one platform is affected, the cause may be its service, account region, or content delivery. Note the time, selected route, and affected app, then include those details in a support ticket. That’s more useful than simply reporting a slow connection.

How many countries and routes are covered, and how do I choose a location?

Coverage includes 100+ countries and 230+ routes. Choose based on what you need: compare routes that suit your connection for everyday use, and check the platform’s rules first if your account or content has location requirements. A nearby location doesn’t necessarily mean a shorter network path, and a route name can’t predict your actual experience. Compare page loads, session stability, and how well the same app handles your tasks, then keep the route that works best for you. Check the dashboard and the latest subscription in your client for the current route list.

What do IEPL dedicated routes, relays, and direct connections mean?

These terms describe different connection paths. An IEPL dedicated route uses a dedicated link; a relay typically passes through an intermediate node before reaching its exit; and a direct connection connects to the relevant entry point directly. None guarantees that an app will be faster or promises a fixed speed. Your experience also depends on your local carrier, time of day, exit location, and the destination platform. Before choosing, read the route type descriptions and compare the available routes in your current subscription. Don’t assume a label alone tells you which route is right for you.

Will switching exit locations fix an AI tool that won’t open?

Not necessarily. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar tools may check account status, service region, browser sessions, and platform risk controls in addition to network connectivity. First confirm that regular international websites load, then identify whether the issue is loading, signing in, or an account notice. If you switch routes, choose a location for a clear reason and avoid changing exits repeatedly while continuing to use an old session. If the problem only affects a particular account, check the platform’s notice first. A working network connection doesn’t guarantee account eligibility or access to every platform feature.

Why does a streaming service still say content isn’t available in my region when the route connects?

A working route and access to streaming content are separate things. Platforms may consider your exit IP, account region, payment region, content rights, and existing app session. First check that the selected route matches your intended location, then fully quit and reopen the app and review the exact error. A route’s location doesn’t guarantee a particular catalog or video quality. Don’t change account details just to troubleshoot a network issue. See our streaming guides for platform-specific restrictions. If the issue persists, include the platform name, error message, and route details in a support ticket.

Orders and policies

Billing and refunds

First check your plan type and order records. Confirm payment status, plan status, and client connection status separately.

What do monthly plans cost, and when does data reset?

Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on your activation date, not on the first day of each calendar month. Before choosing a plan, consider whether you mainly browse the web, work online, or stream video, then compare the data allowances on the plans page. A working connection doesn’t mean you have data remaining. If something seems wrong, sign in to the dashboard to check your plan status and usage; account records in the dashboard are authoritative.

How do data packages differ from monthly plans, and can I upgrade partway through?

Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They’re valid until used and never expire. Monthly plans reset data on your activation date each month. Choose based on how you use the service; data packages don’t reset monthly. If you upgrade a monthly plan partway through, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Review the result in the dashboard’s order confirmation before submitting. Don’t simply subtract full-month prices yourself, and don’t apply monthly plan upgrade rules to data packages.

Which payment methods are supported, and what should I do if nothing changes after payment?

Supported payment methods: Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Pay through the order section in the dashboard, then return to your order list to check the status and open your account overview to see whether your plan has updated. If the payment page closes or your browser doesn’t return automatically, check your existing order before trying to pay again. If your payment record and order status don’t match, open a support ticket with the relevant order details and any necessary proof of payment. Hide unrelated account information. Refreshing the page doesn’t confirm an order’s status.

What is the refund policy, and what information do I need to request a refund?

We offer 30-day no-questions-asked refunds. See the refund policy for eligibility details. To request a refund, sign in to the dashboard, open a support ticket, say that you’d like a refund, and include the relevant order information so the payment can be checked. If you’re also having connection issues, you can describe them, but repeated troubleshooting isn’t required before submitting a refund request. Keep your order and support ticket records, and follow the instructions in the reply. We don’t promise a processing or arrival time on this page; refer to the support response and payment provider records for updates.

Still need help? How do I submit a useful support ticket?

Sign in to the dashboard and open a support ticket. Include your device operating system, client app, target website or app, selected route, and steps you’ve already tried. For connection issues, add the error message and approximate time it occurred. For billing questions, include the relevant order details. Clarify whether all websites fail, only one app fails, or only sign-in fails to help narrow down the issue. Before sharing screenshots, hide your password, subscription link, and unrelated payment details. Don’t send the full subscription contents or post sensitive account information publicly.
