Service Scope

VPNLearn provides subscriptions to international routes, along with access to related clients, subscription imports, and connection support. Supported platforms are Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients and subscriptions are provided through the user panel. Follow the guides on this site to configure them, and keep your subscription information secure.

The network connection service is independent of the third-party platforms you access. Subscription fees do not include memberships, content, or account benefits from third-party platforms. Each platform sets its own regional rules, account eligibility, and terms of use.

Account and Subscription Rules

You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. Keep your login credentials and subscription links secure. Do not post them on public pages or share them with others. If your credentials are exposed or used unexpectedly, change your password and request help through a support ticket. Do not include your full password or subscription link when submitting a request.

The service has no device limit and is intended for one user on their own devices. This does not permit reselling or renting accounts, sharing accounts, subscriptions, or access with others, or setting up a public relay service for other people to use.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. The price difference for a mid-term upgrade is prorated based on the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Before activation, check the selected product type. Current prices and data allowances are listed on the plans page and in the order details in the user panel.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and in any region relevant to your activities, as well as the terms of use of the websites you access. Do not use the service for unlawful activities, including online fraud, data theft, distributing illegal content, infringing intellectual property, or accessing another person's systems without authorization.

Do not conduct malicious scans or attacks, send spam, or abuse service resources through automated means. You are responsible for the content you publish, transmit, or access. Network connectivity does not confirm that content is lawful or that you have authorization from a third party.

Availability and Scope of Responsibility

Connection performance depends on your local network, carrier routing, device settings, route maintenance, and the status of the destination platform. VPNLearn does not guarantee connectivity from every location or at all times, or access to every third-party service. We do not guarantee specific speeds or uninterrupted access to particular content.

If you have connection issues, first use the guides to check your subscription status and client settings, then submit a support ticket with the necessary details. Responsibility for network outages, changes to third-party rules, and other events beyond reasonable control will be assessed based on the cause and applicable law. These terms do not exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Account Restrictions and Termination

If VPNLearn identifies unlawful use, account resale, subscription sharing, attacks, or other violations of these terms, it may restrict relevant features, suspend connections, or terminate account access based on the level of risk. When necessary, security measures may be taken before notice to limit ongoing harm.

If you disagree with an action taken, you may explain the situation and provide relevant records through a support ticket to request a review. Actions should be based on the conduct involved and applicable law. Nothing in these terms automatically waives rights you may have under the law.

Changes to These Terms and Refund Guidance

If the service scope, usage rules, or legal requirements change, VPNLearn will update these terms on this page and revise the last-updated month. Changes affecting important user rights will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Please review relevant notices and submit a support ticket if you have questions about a change.
